Because the courses are taught at the graduate level, all enrollees are expected to submit copies of an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution. In addition, copies of relevant professional certificates and diplomas may also be submitted. Formal experience working in the field of global health is not required.
Professionals who wish to enroll must apply directly to The UAB Sparkman Center for Global Health. Note that there is a $30 application fee due upon submission of the application. The application can be downloaded here.
To complete the application process, please send:
1. Your completed application (by email or post)
2. $30 enrollment fee in the form of check or money order made out to: The UAB Sparkman Center for Global Health
3. A copy of your updated curriculum vitae
4. Copies of diploma of your highest academic degree
5. Copies of any relevant professional certifications
